Buyerr left a "positive" feedback stating that she has not received the item and not getting my response for more than 2 months. I contacted the buyer and she admitted it was a mistake, That feedback was meant to be left with someone else. I can not request for a feedback revuision since it is a "positive" feedback. What do I do?

You cannot revise a positive feedback.
Just leave it alone. When a buyer looks all she will see is green.

Positive feedback cannot be revised. You can reply to the feedback but since it's positive feedback, the buyers comment will probably be overlooked by most anyway and replying may draw more attention to it.

I don't think that positive can be removed, but maybe it could be revised. I cannot find the link to do so and hopefully, someone will post the link or give you a more accurate response.
Sorry, typing too slow today - but you have the best responses above.

I agree with others that you should just let it go.
All of the ebay rules say it is not removable, not even as a false positive (unless left by the seller)
Removable: Negative Feedback comments that directly contradict a positive rating. (When the comment is posted by the seller. This type of contradictory comment is not removable when left by the buyer.)

If it really bothers you, I suppose the buyer could call support to request removal of their feedback mistake. I would let it go.

The buyer might be able to get the feedback removed if they contacted ebay.
If it doesn't get removed, don't worry about it, and don't reply to it because the feedback will stand out more..
I never read green donut feedback comments, and I'm sure many other buyers don't either.. Positive feedbacks are too boring to read.. I like reading the red donut comments, they are a bit more entertaining ..

Hi @newnewnewmann, I want to clarify that customer support won't be able to remove a positive feedback comment, even if the buyer requests it. With the exception of comments or other circumstances that violate our policies, we want to keep as much feedback on the site as possible.

Who is benefitted by erroneous feedback.
Your response makes no sense whatsoever.
Any feedback can be removed with a click, at eBay's discretion.

If feedback is important then it's important for it to be accurate. If it's not important then it's not important, like this response seems to indicate.

Since only sellers are prevented from leaving a negative only sellers can leave a false positive. It’s false because the comment is negative pretending to be positive to work around Ebay rules.
there is no rule against buyers leaving negative comments. It could be argued that buyers are doing sellers a favor by leaving the comments as a positive where they are unlikely to be noticed by anyone but the seller.
a follow up will only draw attention to the comment. I’d leave it be

At least they removed the - "Leave honest feedback for your buyer", since every now and then you can't.

A lot of the revenge feedback wasn’t honest then anyway

I know. It was just the point of seeing it every time and knowing you couldn't.
