Buyerr left a "positive" feedback stating that she has not received the item and not getting my response for more than 2 months. I contacted the buyer and she admitted it was a mistake, That feedback was meant to be left with someone else. I can not request for a feedback revuision since it is a "positive" feedback. What do I do?

The only ones who read feedback are your future buyers.
Mostly they ignore positives and check what negatives are saying. Maybe neutrals.
Ignore it.
At most you could add a Response, which would attract more reads than the positive does now.
