Need help with something

So before I had posted here about a buyer who was claiming an order was never received even though it showed delivered so I had told them to open a item not received case. Well they made excuses to not open one they were trying to force one. But I told them I couldn't give a refund or anything unless they opened item not received well time passed by and then opened a return request of item but item is super heavily damaged. And they messaged me later saying the item someone random brought the item back and was damaged. So I send them a return label for they can ship out the item. Once item arrived back despite knowing the item was not damaged by delivery because it looked like they scratched on purpose with a knife or screwdriver but to avoid issues with the buyer either ways I refund them the full amount. Well few days later passed and now today I get notified by ebay that buyer placed a claim with their bank claiming I never sent an item. Even tho they sent the item back and already got refunded. I never so far out of my 200+ sales have gone through a buyer like this and I don't know what to do.

this is the money that was refunded to them already and now buyer making a lie excuse with their bank saying the item sent never received when they clearly received and returned and got refunded. Any way ebay can let you know who's their bank provider for I can contact them and give them all details of purchase

Well what happened was the refund didn't hit the bank yet when you refunded the buyer and so the buyer disputed the charges. So the buyer will have to wait until it hits his bank. So it should be sorted out in due time. Do nothing right now.

Re: Need help with something

If the buyer opened a item not received chargeback with their CC company you need to respond to the chargeback within the allotted time to avoid any complications. Since it is an INR simply upload the tracking showing the item was originally delivered and the chargeback should be closed. EBay never caught this because it was different from the return request that has already been processed through eBay.

If the buyer then attempts to open a NAD chargeback eBay should catch that and automatically close it since the return has been completed and processed. However, there is no guarantee eBay will catch it if the buyer tries this so be vigilant. Add this person to your BBL.

Stick to those $3 to $10 sales and you'll likely not see another one...

Start selling pricey/heavy items and my guess is you will see more and more criminal activity as the buyer theft problem worsens...
