My buyer received a broken item. I've always Over-packed so it was not expected at all. She waited 2 weeks to tell me too. 😞
Package was insured but I do not know how to file a claim online. I really don't get how to do all the sending pictures, documents, etc...PDF files (??) I'm just Totally confused. I went to the PO for help and was told I need to file online.
I asked the buyer for pictures and she sent 2, of box & item. I then refunded her.
Now I'm starting to wonder if I've been had. Is it possible she already filed the claim and got the insurance money (reason for 2 week delay?) and then got a refund from me too??
If that did happen, what would be my options then?
I can't even find out because I have no idea how to file the claim. Ugh
Help?

Read the information at the following page and then scroll to the bottom and click on "Start An Online Claim".

Had that happen not to long ago. Any chance it was sent to a freight forwarder than sent overseas? That's why mine took so long to inform me of damage. Of course the damage was from frt fwder to Japan. If you do USPS claim, they will want something more than listing showing price for claim. They will probably require a copy of the Paypal payment. I hope it works out.
