Hi Guys and Gal sellers, New to the forum so please be gentle. I have a couple questions about shipping CD's in a disk protector case & printing labels. Im selling single CD's and I recently started selling more so taking everything to the post office and having to pay media mail or 3.50 per(for tracking) needed to change so I got my old printer up and running.
My issue is, when I go to print the shipping label it shows my full name & home address when I normally just put my PO Box on it before shipping so there was no name or my home address listed, just the PO Box, city state & zip. How can I go about changing this when I go to print labels without causing issues with Ebay, paypal etc.
I thought I might be able to put just the Po box but it requests a name and I was curious about puting my seller/store name or if just my initials would be acceptable/cause problems?
Any help or info on the subject would be very appreciated!
Thanks All, Hope you have a great week with your sales!

There's an "Edit" link just below your name and address on the label preparation page. You should be able to use that to change your return address.
Go ahead and try using your seller ID in place of your name, it will probably go through just fine. Buyers might even find that useful.

I wanted to add a bit of information that might be useful. My labels use to have only my first initial and last name, rather than first and last names. However, one time when I was mailing a package to Canada, it was returned to me because it didn't include my first name. It's something to be aware of if you're shipping internationally.

Sorry-- that has nothing to do with Canada Post.
While the post office does encourage us to use block capitals in addresses, it's a suggestion not a rule.
And probably based on having a population that is 26% foreign born, many from countries that don't use the Roman alphabet.
I rarely use my first name in addresses, since I already have a double barrelled family name and never have had a problem with letter, parcel, bills or magazine deliveries.
