NWT designer jeans liquidating inventory

Hi ,

Could anyone tell me what the best way would be  to go about liquidating my inventory on Ebay or other avenues ?  I have $53,000( cost)  in  brand new women's designer denim/jeans.   I am not trying to recover my cost, just would like to liquidate as we have decided to move on to different ventrures.  Open to offers for partial or all inventory.  These are great brands, I can give details if interested. Any information you can share is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ken.

Re: NWT designer jeans liquidating inventory

Id list them in lots of similar sizes/styles and auction them at .99 + shipping if I just wanted rid of them

Re: NWT designer jeans liquidating inventory

I like the other poster's idea about similar sizes, but that really is targeting a single small buyer, whom is probably not going to spend as much on a lot as a person that intends to resell.  I would probably do large groups of one brand, different sizes.  look at what the competitors have sold them for, and do half per pair of jeans.  Also do best offer, but decline at the lowest amount you will accept.  Set a deadline that you want to sell them by, and then start auctioning them off a .99 per lot.  Best way to do it to max profits?  Prob not, but it will get them gone quickly.  Best of luck!

Hi. What brands do you have? I may be interested in a couple pair for myself.

Re: NWT designer jeans liquidating inventory

I used to buy a lot of designer denim on eBay and sold off the pairs I didn't want to keep on here. Let me say that it's freaking hard to sell jeans on here, surprisingly so. Good pictures are a must with jeans, be sure to include stock photos if you can find them. You may want to sell these at a really low starting price, since BIN listings will sit around forever. If the brands are popular and your starting price is super low, you *will* find interested buyers.

Re: NWT designer jeans liquidating inventory

I've been trying to buy jeans on here this month and it's surprising to me how many sellers don't list the inseam. I can understand missing the rise or waist because it's more complicated but the inseam?

plus a lot of the jeans I see are either petite, longs, plus size or Mom jeans

@everbuy15

You said:  "I have $53,000( cost)  in  brand new women's designer denim/jeans"

Of course, Depending on your situation and "different ventures" that you spoke of, how quickly you may wish to liquidate your stock, etc.

$53,000, "your cost", is a pretty hefty tax write off if you donate to one of your local charity's.

Keep in mind the cost of shipping materials that you will incur if you wish to sell here, plus Fees, even if the buyer pays for shipping. Not to mention the time that it may take to sell everything. Plus your time of course.

Just something to keep in mind. Best wishes, Good Luck!

Thanks! I bought about six pairs so I think I'm good lol. I'm just annoyed that I ended up with a couple of pairs that I have to turn up because I forgot to ask.
