Back on topic, I used to think these reminders about USPS holidays were unnecessary -- until I trudged my packages to the post office in 10-degree weather last month on MLK Day.

Especially when it's a postal holiday not everyone gets as a holiday.

I like these Monday ones. Gives me an extra day to hunt things down.

My last Holiday. 

Presidents Day 2013.

Day off. No pay.

I only realized this this morning when I got an email about a President's Day sale at my thrift store tomorrow 😅
Sad thing is, I made some sales on eBay and Mercari Thursday evening. Friday early morning through Saturday we had some dangerous snow/ice and couldn't drive. Sunday it's closed. And Monday they're closed! Will have to just drop everything off tomorrow and hope for the best for Thursday's orders. Mercari's already let me know it's overdue.
