We are trying to make sales and nothing is happening in our TWO stores for 20 days. Is there a glitch going on or bug. Is anyone having this issue and what can be done if anything. We only have a couple weeks to sell things and then must close our store. If anyone has a idea let us know its like our stores are shut off and closed. Please share any fixes thank you so much.

Sales have not been worth the effort. Doing better at trade shows, all sales are final too! You have nice items in your store, I think they would do well at shows. I know you'll sell more than zero. At shows, you will also have a chance to buy as well as a great time to network to sell lots or collections that you may be having a hard time selling. Ebay system discourages the building of those type of relationships, for better or for worse. They're rules, may they reap what they sow.

Greetings, for ME, the fact is I DONT care why they're tanking. It is what it is, I don't sell on ebay I don't buy on ebay. I AM THEIR CUSTOMER. For first time in forever I have NO store and wont until I see change.
There are other options to sell. I have loved ebay in the past, been here for years and I my hope is that I will find a productive place for it in my business model however minimal.
As a buyer: You know I was trying to find a few items to add my collection and had to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get to items I WANTED TO SEE!!! Not what ebay wanted me to see. Car ads, misc. ads cluttering listings etc. By the way I am speaking as a BUYER.
First I get the wonderful best match LOLOLOLOL like anyone can figure what's going on in my head to find me MY best match LOLOLO. My wife cannot figure that out, but hey ebay can. Then on and on and on of the choices they have for me. Well after multiple extra clicks I get to some items of interest. Its exhausting.
Good luck, things will fall in place. I know 18 years ago, ebay was everything to me, it was great, now its just an afterthought. Just a little tool in my tool belt. Not my go to tool anymore.

You have a Carl Tielsch dish that I think is lovely. The price is fair too. What stopped me was the shipping cost. $20 to ship that seems high. Much of your shipping seems higher than other stores I've looked at.
Now I did something very different this week. I took all the item that never ever sell and I listed all of those (more to come) for .99 cents for ten days.
It's got buyers into my store and it's selling off junk I would have taken to Goodwill. Just a thought.

I'm a small seller and haven't had a sale in 40 days. This is a new draught record.

I feel lucky to have had two sales in the last week! One sale I lost money on! And that's not the first time!

How can you even afford to have one store let alone two? You need more items listed in your store to get steady sales.

I'm so disgusted I put my store on vacation - so far I have remodeled my bathroom (looks fabulous) - cleaned out 1/2 the garage - taken lots of naps - headed to the movies and lunch with my friend (what a concept) enjoying the hell out of having some time off. My girlfriend is flying in Saturday and we are headed to Lake Havasu. 24th I have to have a biopsy so after that I'll have to access when exactly to come back. Not quite sure how long I can hold out financially but my mental health is doing great. Quit checking your computer. Take a couple of days off - do something nice fore yourself.
