We are trying to make sales and nothing is happening in our TWO stores for 20 days. Is there a glitch going on or bug. Is anyone having this issue and what can be done if anything. We only have a couple weeks to sell things and then must close our store. If anyone has a idea let us know its like our stores are shut off and closed. Please share any fixes thank you so much.

Wish they would investigate and find out the why and tech issues get them fixed. It was the best site WE told SO many people to sell here and now its like a grave yard. Something has happened wish we knew how to fix it. We are not greedy people but need to sell something for our time and make it worth while. The only good news is we downgraded from the 75.00 store so the fees are not as much when you don't sell anything. Take care hope you find your way.
When the drought hit my store it was a long time before things started to pick back up, literally a couple of years and to this day I still consider that to be somewhat short in terms of how long sales droughts can last... The worst part about it was this feeling of deflation that simply sapped all of my energy. For days and weeks on end I didn't want to list another item, I didn't want to go through all of my listings to fix and improve them, all I wanted to do was slunk around, wonder what could be wrong and then sleep (so to speak).
My sales went from 3000 a month down...
And down, it was a slow tedious fall...
And down they went, month after month, quarter after quarter...
I tried everything from calling to doing store revisions and more but it just kept getting worser and worser ...
Another year went by and below a thousand a month sales went...
I thought about closing the store, I thought what a fool I was for thinking ebay would be my income well into retirement and was grateful (perhaps excessively so) that I wouldn't have to work hard for the rest of my life... Then I thought there goes karma coming down on me again, this is my 'reward' for feeling so giddy about my genius discovery and how I was going to have it made in the shade and all of that...
Then, and I'm sure some of you won't appreciate this but then came the switch to all-GTC and...
My sales picked up!
No I am seriously not joking.
In the first month my sales picked up around 30 to 50% and then it kind of evened out around the $1,400 mark... And now it's back to rallying, I'm presently closing in on 2 thousand a month.
What happened, why?
Trust me, I wish I knew.

You might want to proofread some of your listings as well. Like the LLadro that's spelled LLardo in the title, and your shepherd boy vase that's spelled shepard.
