I have been selling on eBay for awhile but never needed to actually contact anyone in customer service (I was unable to find how to actually do that as all the contact us buttons are just articles).
The new buyer review screen for sellers is TERRIBLE!! You cannot see if/when the item was delivered nor does it go back to the review screen after you do a review (you have to navigate back through several pages again). There is no reason to make giving reviews difficult this new system is only going to encourage sellers to not to leave reviews unless they are bad.
There was no reason to have changed the old system/format to this new horrible one.

It seems every new change to the feedback system is designed to make it more of a chore. It's baffling.

I won't be leaving any more feedback as a buyer. The feedback page was already bad. Now it is disgusting and not worth dealing with.

Yep, almost impossible to figure out which transaction is represented on each line. If you buy similar or god forbid the same items over time, you will probably accidentally leave feedback for items that haven't even been delivered yet.
eBay needs to have a word with the designer because this is terrible.

I have no idea what you guys are seeing, but for me, it shows me EXACTLY what item/transaction i'm leaving feedback for. It's so easy and simple.

I agree. It used to be so quick to leave feedback. Now, it is way too cumbersome. Buyers are "forced" to fill in a bunch of lists that have nothing to do with the transaction. What used to take 2 minutes now takes 20 minutes. My life is too short to be bullied into wasting time. It is unfortunate that the sellers are not given their positive feedback.
