THE NEW EBAY SERVICE METRIC CALCULATOR EACH MONTH IS NOT WORKING OR BEEN FAIR TO SELLER WHEN SELLER ARE THE PEOPLE WHO MAKING MONEY TO EBAY BY EBAY CHARGING SELLER FINAL VALUE FEES, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY CHARGE ME FINAL VALUE FEE BECAUSE THATS THE FEE IM SUPPOST TO BE PAYING EACH MONTH AFTER A SOLD ITEM, BUT EBAY SHOULD NOT BE OVERCAHRGING SELLER AN ADDITIONAL 4% FINAL VALUE FOR ALL THE ITEMS THAT SELLER ARE SELLING UNDER THAT SAME CATEGORY, LIKE 70% OF THE ITEM IM SELLING UNDER THE SAME CATEGORY ARE BEEN OVERCHARGED THE ADDITIONAL FINAL VALUE FEE FOR 4% THATS A TOTAL OF 14% FINAL VALUE FEE OVERCHARGED, DUE TO THEY ARE MEASURING HOW MANY RETURNS YOU HAVE AND HOW MANY ITEM AS NOT DESCRIBES CONDITION, EVERY ITEM I SELL ON EBAY IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER BUY ITS WHAT THEY GET, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG NEVER SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM EITHER, PICTURE SHOW ON LISTING IS WHAT CUSTOMER WILL GET EXACT SAME ITEM, SO IF CUSTOMER DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE ITEM THEY PURCHASED FROM ME, THEN THEY WILL OPEN A CASE WITH EBAY SAYING ITEM AS NOT DESCRIBE CONDITION, SELLER MYSELF INSTRUCT THE CUSTOMER ON HOW TO USE THE ITEM PROPERLY TEACHING THEM HOW TO USE THE ITEM THEY PURCHASED, EXPLAINING ON THE MESSAGE BUT EBAY SHOULD CONSIDER THOSE MESSAGE IF THE CUSTOMER BUY SOMETHING FROM SELLER AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE ITEM PLEASE DO NOT BLAME THE SELLER SOLD AN ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBE, EBAY SHOULD HAVE MORE CONSIDERATION TO SELLER BEFORE THEY TAKE ACTION TO HURT YOUR ACCOUNT AND START CHARGING ADDICTIONAL 4% FINAL VALUE FEE EVEN THE ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE IS IN EXCELENT SHAPE, 0% TRANSACTION DEFECT, 0% LATE SHIPMENT RATE, 0% CASE CLOSED WITHOUT SELLER RESOLUTION TAP RATED SELLER AND POWER SELLER RATE, AND IF EBAY DECIDE TO DO THAT ON EACH ITEM FROM THAT SAME CATEGORY, INSTEAD THEY SHOULD CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL 4% FINAL VALUE FEE IF ONLY 1 OR 2 ITEM HAVE FEW COMPLAIN ON RETURN OR ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBE, EBAY SHOULD NOT CHARGED ON OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD UNDER THAT SAME CATEGORY WHEN THOSE OTHER ITEMS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RETURNS OR COMPLAINTS, EBAY SHOULD EVALUATE FOR THIS SERVICE METRIC TO MAKE IT FAIR FOR ALL SELLERS ON EBAY.
