Hi All,
Just wondering about your experiences with an issue like this:
1. Posted Graded card for sale with Picture on Ebay. No grading flaw at all. None to be seen! As described on post. My policy is that the picture in the posting is the exact card you will receive. I do not use stock photos.
2. Winning Bidder Payed for card.
3. Card gets shipped, again no grading flaw at all at time of shipping.
4. Buyer opens package and claims a highly visible grading flaw with pictures!
5. Ebay immediately demands the Return be completed.
6. Needless to say I have serious questions that need to be answered!!
Thoughts?

You have the 2 options and these options are non negotiable no ifs ands or buts period.
Option 1: Accept the return within 3 business days, provide a buyer a return shipping label, refund the buyer once you get your item back in your hands. Ebay will refund you all your selling fees (FVF and PLS). Relist item on Ebay or another selling platform. OH and add the buyer to your blocked buyers list
Option: 2: Do nothing, Ebay will step in and "help/assist" after 3 business days. Ebay will refund the buyer from your account and the buyer will not need to return the item. You loose the item and your selling fees WILL NOT be refunded back to you.
Your no returns policy DOES NOT mean no refunds. The Ebay Moneyback Guarantee supersedes your no return policy

Cards should never be photographed; they need to be scanned. The differences will astound you.

Buyer might be hoping you do nothing...and eBay refunds buyer which of course buyer can keep item for free.
No returns mean no returns...so let's get that out there now.
A buyer can return something.
Send a return eBay shipping label for this return within the time frame.
Sometimes buyer does nothing and nothing happens...and shipping label cost will get refunded.
Most card collectors usually don't return cards purchased.
And I wouldn't do a partial refund for a card...but that's just me.
Good luck...and block the buyer from future purchases.

Accept the return. The buyer is obligated to take the next step.
When and if you get the item back, you can proceed. Be warned, as soon as the tracking shows delivered to you, the refund will take place from your accounts.
It is possible the card was damaged in transit, you just can't know until you get it back.
Have you done a google search for the damaged card image to see if it has a history?

The statement in bold is not correct.
After you receive the returned item you'll need to issue their refund within 2 business days.
The last thing we need is false info about the return process flying around here.
