About 15 hours ago I created my first 3 listings. However, up until now all the views I have gotten are from myself only.
I cannot find much information on how the eBay algorithm works, so I would really appreciate it if some of you look at at least one of my products (they are all created with the same exact template) and share your opinion on what I have done correctly and what is suboptimal.
Do I need to put more pictures? Each of my variations have no more than three pictures.
Should the keyword phrases in my title also be present in the description and item specifics?
or maybe I should pay for subtitle, bolded title or larger picture? Maybe I should also put them on an auction instead of just "Buy it now"?

Look around and not just on eBay. You have a lot of competition and you need to take note of what they say, show and offer.

I checked the first listing link you posted and your listing looks good.
You might want to buy a few things as buyers may be stuck on your zero feedback.
If you have a variety of items, that can generate more sales than a narrow niche category.
Good Luck!

Have you checked to see how your competition lists?

I agree the buyer's location may be a problem when it comes to generating sales on a common decorative household item, and it may also be a problem with getting views if buyers search by US only.
But I have also noticed that it seems to be taking longer for ebay to index listings overall. Very few of my listings get any views during the first 24 hours any more. And sometimes it takes 36-48 hours especially for items listed during peak hours 8pm - 1 am. I listed a few items this morning just to see if they index any quicker.

@rainbownurseryshop wrote:I have a shop on Etsy and plenty of people search and find our products with keyword phrases containing all three- knobs, pulls & handles. There are plenty of people with that don't have English as a first language... So just because they are synonyms does not mean that it is a spam. Unless eBay specifically has stated so, right?
Your ebay career is going to be short with that attitude...

Why? Please elaborate. Are synonyms really considered to be spam by eBay algorythm?
As I said, there are plenty of foreigners who want knobs but only know the word "handles" or "pulls".I do not see any problem with this but I'm ready to hear your elebarotion. I am here to learn about selling on eBay, not to argue...

is the peak time you mentioned measured in PDT or...?

Cassini likes 6 pictures for variation or total? Is this official information from eBay or..?

You get twelve pictures. I have read that Cassini likes 6 on this Board. Since you came to this Board for advice, I somehow expected you to be open to that advice, and not challenge it.
Given that Ebay allows you to add twelve pictures, the take away would be that they like a lot of pictures.

I'm not challenging, but rather just asking. Thanx.
My apologies. Perhaps I was too hasty.
You're welcome.
To clarify, I understand some items may not need more than one or two pictures. I get that. But I wonder if there is a correlation between number of pictures and sales~that the more pictures there are, not only does that enhance visibility but also make the buyer more prone to buy the item.
Just a thought.
It looks good that you have the picture with them on the green bureau. Gives an idea of how they may look when used.
Wishing you great sales, OP!

BTW, LOVE your user name!

OP, your "underlying" problem is still there.
You are new and in Bulgaria.
Buyers in the US can go into any hardware store locally and buy knobs for a dresser.
Or they will source it from a US seller.
JMO, but you are asking this on the wrong board. You should be asking this on Ebay UK, where your buyers would more likely come from. It is they you need to attract and European verbage differs.

Well all those millions of listings from China & India have to be indexed first = )
