Hello how do I proceed further with this? My account got restricted and I sell virtual goods in the game Roblox. I have feedbacks and messages that they can check as evidences that the trade was legitimately done.

As a long time seller of Diablo 2 gear, and in game world of warcraft items, I will wholeheartedly disagree.
Video Game company's have put practices in place to prevent such things as the transition to make items bind on account.
That's just it, though. Those items are allowed to be sold for in-game currency. But like I said, I have never seen a game whose ToS allows players to sell any in-game items for real-world money. In fact, every game I have ever played has had specific portions of the ToS that clearly spell out that RMT is not allowed.

Yeah, always ToS violations and game accounts always at risk of being closed due to ToS violations.
I do not dispute that at all.
However, violating a ToS, is not illegal, and not necessarily a violation of intellectual property rights.
Now if the gaming company is monitoring here and putting in reports for take downs, I'm pretty sure eBay would do it regardless of actual policy violation or illegal activity.
That happens even outside of the digital category. And that is of course because somewhere in the fine print all companies put something around the lines of 'we reserve the right to close, restrict, and delete your existence for any reason we want'.
TBH, we don't even actually know what got them flagged.

Thats why I used the the keyword "MAY" but approval would be the least of the problems going on here

EBay makes it pretty clear in the article about digital content that they are required to follow the terms of service that games create. So if you are breaking a rule that a game has made to sell on eBay then eBay is saying you are breaking a rule with them and it can lead to a suspension.
It says:
Activity on eBay is required to:
If activity doesn’t meet these requirements, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: administratively ending listings or canceling transactions, hiding or lowering the placement of listings in search results, lowering seller rating, restricting buying or selling, forfeiture of fees, loss of buyer or seller protections, restricting access to member communication and rating tools, removing feedback, and account suspension.
This policy protects buyers from purchasing unauthorized digital items.
