Hello how do I proceed further with this? My account got restricted and I sell virtual goods in the game Roblox. I have feedbacks and messages that they can check as evidences that the trade was legitimately done.

Not a lot of detail on the reason you were restricted, what exactly did the message from eBay say? It may not be so much about the transaction as it is whether you are in compliance with the eBay policy on the sale of electronically delivered items. Review the following it may provide some insight as to why you got restricted. If you are in compliance with the policy then you need to contact eBay to get them to reverse the restriction. Suggest you do that through the Facebook connection.

As @dbfolks166mt suggested you are not in compliance with electronically delivered items.
1 - You may have to have ebay approve you as a seller of such content by ebay
2 - Items MUST be listed in a category that allows electronic delivery and not in a tangible items category
3 - You listed in a category of tangible merchandise and as such is against policy
I don't know what particular restriction you received, but ebay does so for protection of buyers/buyer experience. Aside from buyer protection, you as well are not protected from INR's and such. It is stated in your listings free delivery (ground advantage) so any buyer can say you didn't send them anything and you have no proof. No matter what you say in description about emails and no refunds, in the category you listed in YOU WILL have to refund if a case is opened against you as you will have no tracking to prove you sent anything.

You are incorrect. Ebay does not need to approve for in game transactions.
Software, cd keys and such need approval.

You don’t. What you are doing goes against both eBay’s and Roblox’s terms of service.
You have no way to protect yourself against claims of non delivery since you have no proof of delivery and both your and your buyers’s Roblox accounts are at risk of getting suspended.

There is not a single game out there that allows you to sell in-game items for real money. What you are doing is both against the ToS of the game itself AND eBay's rules on digitally delivered items.

"eBay Top - Rated Seller"....was did done by eBay or did you put this in your ads? I have never seen this before.
Maybe this should not have been in the photos of the items for sale.

Hi, I typically love your advice, but can you show me the policy from eBays side about this ?
The screen shot I posted clearly shows it is allowed and an exclusion to the digitally delivered policy.

That policy, if you expand it and scroll all the way down, also says sellers need to prove that their own the IP of what they are selling, which OP would be unable to do as Roblox feels very strongly against selling their in game items for real life money.

Then this is argument you need to make with eBay when you contact them. I would suggest going through the facebook connection to do so.

Slight oversight when the copies and used another sellers listing pictures.

Unless you are approved, digitally delivered goods are prohibited:

Good luck in the future!

They don't actually, not for video game in game items.
As a long time seller of Diablo 2 gear, and in game world of warcraft items, I will wholeheartedly disagree.
Video Game company's have put practices in place to prevent such things as the transition to make items bind on account.
However it doesn't violate eBays policies to sell such items. The policy says they are excluded.
If what you are saying is true I would have been banned long ago. I don't think I fell through the cracks starting such sales in the early 2000s.

While the policy may say that in game items are excluded from having to have eBay permission to sell digitally delivered, it does say at the beginning “Due to the nature of electronically delivered goods, extra care needs to be taken to prevent intellectual property infringement and minimize risks for buyers.”
In this case, it goes explicitly against Roblox’s terms of service to sell their in game items for money.
We see posts like these about sellers being suspended for selling in game items at least once a month if not more often. We’ve also see time and again sellers complaining of have their in game items pulled and later have their whole account suspended.
Maybe Roblox is more aggressive about protecting their IP than Blizzard, although their policies make it very clear they are also against it. Or maybe you just haven’t been caught.

I suspect you're permanently done here. Just an observation.
