My listings with volume discounts apparently don't state 'Add to Cart'??

I have a buyer who is interested in buying some wax melts from me, she said tho that it only allows her to either watch or BIN, and add to cart is not an option for her so she can get multiple scents. I signed out of my acct and checked my listing and all 3 options popped up for me. Would there be any reason for this on her end?

I don't see any issues with it.

Yes, it's that one. She wants me to revise it so 'Add To Cart' populates for her(?)

Do you know what country the buyer is in? I've heard some can have issues with the cart not showing up. Don't know if that's been resolved yet.

Go ahead and revise, but I can tell you nothing will change.

It maybe whatever device and or browser she is using.

is the "Add to Cart" button visible to your buyer?

if it looks normal, they may have a pop-up blocker running.....

btw...works ok for me too
