My listings are not showing up anywhere after 48 hours

I am a new seller, I created 2 listings few days ago, both says active, but it does not show under my profile or anywhere else, only by links:

It is probably because you have been revising those listings multiple times.

On a new listing before it has been indexed for the first time, each time you make a revision it goes to the back of the line.

Stop revising until it is indexed and after that only major changes will trigger re-indexing AND it will be faster than a listing that has never been indexed.

For one of my items I revised it after around 48 hrs already passed. 😞 The other one I revised in the middle (around 24 hrs).

Well, SOMEBODY has been revising your listings today. As noted above, they are now at the back of the indexing line.

You listed 2 items today. One you have revised 3 times, the other 5 times! If you are unable to stop yourself you will never see them!

As @nobody*s_perfect @stated someone in your household is revising them. Find out who is doing that and make it stop!!

I can see your listings just fine.  Somewhat expensive for small stuffed toys.  Good luck and stay safe.
