My listings are dropping off the system instead of renewing. Lost over 50 since last night.

I just watched as 5 listings set to renew disappeared. I did find an old comment (perhaps in the technical section?) that this happened previously on February 28. This is rather alarming as I do not keep any hardcopy of what the listings were - can you give me any reassurance that the listings will eventually recover? Rather alarming to sit here and watch my active listings decrease every few minutes! Thank you.

I did the same. Ended and renewed, what a disaster

Be careful that you don't end up with duplicates.

Thanks, after I did the end and relists, I double checked for duplicates. More time wasted, unfortunately.

Hey @deep_purple_katharine! I apologize about the issue that you and other sellers are experiencing this issue. I did just alerted that this now a sitewide issue that has a ticket open to be resolved. You can reach out to customer support and let them know that you are running into ALERT14496 to have your account added to the ticket.

Thank you Devon. The listings in my store that were missing have been recovered (whew - that was a bit of a scare) and this happened in a timely matter. Next I will be adding back in the listings that I manually ended, not knowing the duration of the problem. Now I need some sales.

Yep, a load of listings just reappeared on my account.

Follies continue...the almost 100 missing items from this morning returned.  Now my number  of actives is going down again...........and of course no sales....1900+ items and dead as a doornail for days.
