My listing doesn't show?

I have two questions..

1, When I search for my listing text, I cant find my item in the search.. does anyone know the reason for that? 

2, I´m in Spain, but wrote the heading in English, but when I look at my selling page on the my smartphone, it changed the text to Spanish. Does that mean e.g. US searchers will only find y item if they search the spanish words, thet eBay translated?

There is a delay of up to 24 hours for new listings to 'index' and show on eBay.

Your items will only show to customers whose countries you have indicated you will ship to.

If you did not indicate that you ship to Spain (or Europe), you will not be able to see your own listings.

I can't see any listings either whether I give my location (Canada ) correctly or if I change it to USA.

But it has already 7 views, so it must be showing up somewhere?

I choose to ship worldwide, so I guess it would show in all countries?

You need to chose what countries you want to ship to; not every country has a dependable, reliable postal system.
