My item does not appear in ebay search results

Hello . I am a novice seller at Ebay. I've put a commodity on sale and paid a fee for my listing to appear in the first listings of eBay search results. But did not appear in the search results and today is the seventh day of its position. Even when I copy the title of the item and paste it into the search engine it does not appear.

This is the item title :

It shows up with the Worldwide option. The search is buggy already for a while.

I am not aware of a seller being able to pay for first position search results?

Also the womens swimsuit category is now a cataloged page, so If you were the first search result you would probably be included with a lot of other sellers that allows a buyer to compare different attributes about the item before they buy.

but frankly, your title is pretty bad:

No one is going to search using the terms New swimsuit Summer Women (unless Summer Women is the brand name, which I don't think it is)..........

I know nothing about selling swimsuits, but I would study swimsuit titles to see how best to write a title.

1. You cannot pay to have your listing "appear in the first listings of eBay search results".   I assume you are talking about promoted listings, and if so then it will randomly appear in search results ... the higher your offer, the more likely it is to appear, but it is never guaranteed.
2. Your item is much more expensive than  competitors ... I saw 5 or more listings of the same swimsuit for a cheaper price ...  some with faster shipping from the USA and some even had free returns.  At least, you need to beat the price of other competitors from China ...

Yes that is better but here is a good tool to use. 

• Go to the search bar at the top of eBay pages and type cupshe which is the brand name stop and review the options eBay gives you
• consider adding the next word exactly like one of the options stop again and review the options and add another word if ebay gives you a suggestion then round out the rest of the title.

These suggestions are the paths that ebay directs buyers so you should try to title your listing in the same way eBay is directing buyers. 

• brand name
• name of actual item for sale
• size, color
• Model name it is has one
• extra features

Also pay very close attention to the category eBay is giving you as a suggestion and make sure you are listing in that category.  Again eBay is directing buyers who use this search bar in these directions.  These suggestions also change a couple times a years.

Sellers can use this technique successfully although it is a buyers tool to find thing,  sellers can see what eBay is telling and directing buyers and use that info to make sure they are where the buyers are being sent.

I am located in the USA.  

The search "Cupshe New Swimsuit Summer" finds your item for me using the Item Location filter "default". 

However, it does not appear for the Item Location filters "USA Only" or "North America", because the item location is China. 

I will also echo other comments that you seem to have a mistaken impression of how the Promoted Listings feature works.

There is no fee to appear first in any search result...not to mention ebay tells everyone in the user agreement that they will/may hide listings and that is also exactly what they do.
Read the User Agreement that you agreed to when you registered your account....itis all stated there.

Also not everyone on ebay see search results the same, let alone the same items....each user kinda gets their results based on some personal preferences, past searches etc....what ebay thinks you want to see or should buy.

No one is required to price cheaper than a competitor, let alone sellers from China.....and that sounds more like how ebay wants people to price or to think they should price and doesn't take into consideration anything about the seller, their overhead, their cost etc. Not fair to tell a new seller who doesn't know any better this.
Sellers are still very much allowed to list at the price they want for their items. Buyers also do not just buy the cheapest items...in fact some avoid buying the cheapest for various valid reasons.

PS: are you sure you are located in Algeria?

As a buyer I look for warning flags, and wrong location is a warning flag. There are also errors in your item description.
