My account is going to be below standard, Can I make another account If this one gets can canned?

So In 25 days my account will be most likley canned based on what the community is saying. My question is can I make another ebay account when this one gets canned? Will I start with no feedback on my new account? Also I think im screwed anyway becasue dosn't new sellers limited to listing 10 a month? I mean thats like nothing. I would have to get like 10 150$ items to make what I'm making now. THATS BULL! Anyway, If I'm totally screwed WHAT ARE SOME SITES THAT ARE LIKE EBAY WITH THE SAME OR MORE NUMBER OF USERS? I am not liking ebay more and more. How on earth can they can someone who has to pay for there own goods to sell? UNFAIR. I heard storys were people were top rated for a long time, then BOOM everything is down and they get canned. Please give me some more sites. I tryed bonanza with the ebay listings, but its says like 3 progected views. On ebay I get like at least 10 - 20 in a week per item. LIke **bleep**. Please help

Why did you cancel all those sales on this account?  Your likelihood to succeed anywhere depends on your ability to complete transactions.

You are not allowed to make a new account if this one gets suspended.

If ebay restricts you, you cannot create a new account & start selling again. Ebay will shut you down fast.

Why did you cancel those sales? If it was a one off event (like your pipes broke & flooded your eBay room in the basement) you may be able to work your way back to above standard by never doing anything that earns you a defect again (or at least for a good long while).

If it was because you're disorganised and just can't find 'stuff' when it sells then you need to address that before anything else.

What you might be able to do is stop using this account before you get in trouble.  Start a new account and work on that one, making sure not to repeat the same errors.  After you get your ducks sorted out, work back into this one slowly.

This is probably the best option, but you had better act like a saint on this venue. The next tiny goof and you are done on here for good, or as FeePay says "indefinite".

If the OP stops selling on this account the defects vs good sales will rise as good sales fall off and the account can be suspended.
