I recently started selling over 8 months ago. Selling katanas I have had no complaints from customers. during my last 2 months suddenly my account was restricted and I haven`t been able to get my outstanding payouts delivered to me yet. I checked my email for anything inregards to why my account has been restricted. But there was nothing so I contacted support and skd them to please resend the email inregards to how to remove my restirction. But nothing has come yet. How can i release my payouts?

Edit: excuse me I started selling 3 years ago. Couldn`t find an edit button so i`ll use the reply. I started selling katanas 3 years ago to collect money for my move to Japan. In Japan now but can`t release my on hold payout balance. Before I close my acct.

We can't tell anything about why you were restricted...........from your description, I would guess it may have something to do with your move to Japan........since you need to have a US bank account to receive payouts on Ebay.com. Suggest you contact Ebay for business on Facebook to see if you can get it straightened out.

I still have a US bank acct for my ebay. So it not an issue with my move to Japan. When my acct was restricted there was a message to check my messages for an email regarding why it was restricted and how to fix it. But when i checked i had nothing from ebay so i contacted support via chat and asked them to resend but it never came.

follow the advice from dhbookds and use the face book method: real employees are used : not the out sourced ones:

Oh and eventually they will have to send money to the state on recorded of said account.
