I'm selling an item and have received 3 offers at the exact same amount.
What happens if I counter offer the same amount to all three buyers and 2 or more accepts? Will who ever accepts FIRST be the only possible buyer? Or how should I handle multiple offers?
Thanks

First buyer to accept the offer takes it.

Simple, first in buys the item.

As noted, if one of your counteroffers is accepted, then the item is Sold and the other offers are immediately expired.
However, sending a counteroffer will void the original offers. You can't go back and accept one of them if your 3 counteroffers are ignored or declined.
So an alternative strategy would be to send just TWO counteroffers. Then if those are declined or ignored, you still have a valid offer that you can accept.
