eBay recently changed it.
Now, when you go to Seller Hub Active listings, you no longer select from the drop down - you instead click the blue create listing button and on the next page you can choose multiple ways to start a new listing, including "bulk listing" which was formerly called "multiple listing."

Also - multiple listing aka bulk listing is not at all the same as a "multiple item" listing as mentioned in your subject.
What is it you're looking to do with "multiple item" - are you asking how to change the quantity and sell multiples of the same item? Are you asking how to create a variation listing with, for example, multiple color offerings in the same listing?
You need to explain what you're trying to accomplish for us to point you in the right direction.

Good call; I'm definitely confused on the language. I am trying to list multiple, different Atari #2600 games on one listing but am totally confused on the process. Any help appreciated. And I consider myself computer literate. Geez. TIA!

You're in good hands with @wastingtime101
Yes, it appears you are referring to Variations....I will stay on the sidelines and help if need, but wastingtime knows what they're doing.....

If they are different games, you would be better having their own listings.
I think you would have a better chance of buyers finding them.

Variation listings are not supported on the app; use the website.
Variations are not supported on auction format listings; use fixed price format.
Variations are not supported on the simplified listing tool. If you're on the simplified tool you'll see a button on the top right that says "switch to business listing tool" - click on that.
By default the variation setting is hidden on the listing form. Once you unhide the setting it will stick for future listings. On the top right of the business listing tool, click the menu (3 vertical dots), select settings, and toggle the variations slider on (so it's blue).
Make sure you're creating a new listing and not using relist or sell similar from a listing without variations.
Beyond that it comes down to category; not every category supports variations.
If the category supports variations you'll find them in a non-intuitive, awkward placement on the listing form - below item specifics instead of above them. I recommend filling out variations before you enter any item specifics to avoid problems.

Yeah, I overlooked the memo and am actually trying this for the first time so all my google searches didn't reference the early April 2025 change. Makes sense now. Thanks!

Ebay should update their HELP page on this. Just wasted 15ish minutes looking for the old way.
