Hello. Around May 20, 2024, the support team asked me for proof of identity and address. I sent such documents and I believed that everything was resolved. Time passed and I received a notification from eBay saying that my account was restricted. So I emailed them asking the reason for the restriction. Then they told me I just needed to wait for support to contact me. Then on June 26th, I saw that all listings from my store had ended. So I contacted support once again asking why this had happened and once again they said I only needed to wait. So I waited another two weeks and didn't receive any response and to make matters worse they stopped responding to my messages. So I asked my friend who lives in the US to call support and ask why my account was suspended and why they no longer responded to my messages. Then a day later I finally got a response from support saying that my account was suspended because they didn't accept my proof of address (POA). So I sent a new proof of address (this time a proof registered and authenticated at a notary's office in my country so there would be no doubt about the authenticity of the document). But once again I did not get no response.
Am I being discriminated against because I am Brazilian or because I'm not a big seller? More than 50 days to get a response from support cannot be something usual. Am I wrong to think this way?

Maybe you're right. But like I said, they emailed me two days ago saying that my account was restricted because they didn't accept my proof of address. So I can only believe in their answer. Indians are very friendly and sincere people. Anyway they asked for another address proof. And this time I did senf a proof of address registered at a notary's office, so there would be no doubt about the authenticity of the document. So me and my 1400 followers at eBay hope this works. Are you saying that the latest support responses stating that the restriction has absolutely no relation to sales are not sincere?
