I usually go to my seller hub from my phone and access the classic view. However the last few weeks when I hit classic view, it takes me to some weird watchlist telling me I'm not viewing anything...after click around a 2nd time or so, it works.
Today i can NOT access the classic site at all. Cleared history and cookies and it's physically impossible to view classic site. Any ideas?
I will go over to a desktop for now, but I pay a massive amount of stores fees and final value fees on a site with so many issues.

I have had this problem for weeks! I cannot use the classic site as it switches me to mobile!! It also continues to tell me there's a problem and that I am not watching any items! I have completed purchases that I cannot hide as they state they are still pending!!!! What a disaster!!!

Me too - and the mobile site is really irritating. Search doesn't even work.

Me too. So aggravating.

I had a round of that last night following an unrelated reboot of my phone (Galaxy S7). I was afraid the classic view was gone forever, but somehow it got its head on straight an hour or so later. Whew...
The irony is that as our portable device resolutions and capabilities improve, there will be even less need for that dumbed-down "mobile" view anyway. Just give me the full "classic" view on my S7 and I can zoom around it just fine, thankyouverymuch!

No mobile version of a web site ever worked well. The "gold standard" is barely usable.
When it comes to browsing the web, today's smart phones are just as powerful as desktop PCs from 3 years ago, with one historic exception: Adobe Flash. And now that Flash is officially dead, there will literally be no difference between a computer and a phone when it comes to accessing the web.
Even more frustrating, it's possible to disable the "desktop version" on mobile clients, and most web developers choose to do this, for reasons unknown, when setting up their mobile site. So even if you pay $600 for the best smart phone or tablet, you can't use it like a computer, not even with a keyboard, mouse, and 22" monitor connected to it.
You should petition eBay and all web developers to drop the outdated concept of "mobile sites." These were necessary about fifteen years ago when some people were accessing the web with flip phones. They're completely pointless now.

I'm getting really irritated asi can't stand the my eBay selling page format or the completed listings search on the mobile sight. Yes! I think I've found a workaround. See below.
The problem seems to be pretty recent: if viewing the My eBay page in the unwanted Mobile mode (which it defaults to if it detects that you're on a mobile device), you should be able to scroll to the bottom, select "Classic View," and it should go to desktop view. It will then stay in desktop view from there on. That broke recently, and it now either loops back to the mobile view or simply gives you a big error message.
The workaround that I've found is to pick any listing shown on that page (I used one of my own entries on my Selling tab; I'm not sure if that matters), and the item should come up in Mobile mode. Now scroll to the bottom of that listing and select "Classic View" there. That should work, to give you a desktop view of that item. Select "My eBay" at the top of that listing, and things should be back to normal.
@Anonymous, I'm copying you on this in case you're able to forward it to whoever is (hopefully) trying to figure out what they've recently broken. In summary, the "Classic View" link at the bottom of the My eBay page in Mobile form seems to be passing a bad argument or has some other kind of error in it.
In contrast, the "Classic View" link at the bottom of a listing (I think any listing) in Mobile form does not appear to be broken; it is still capable of producing the desktop view, and is somehow correcting the bad status set up by the earlier broken link.
Once you get into desktop view, it appears that you can safely stay there, at least until your browser does a cookie cleanup and puts you back into error mode again.
Please see if the above works for you.

Thank you! It worked for me.

These are exactly the problems I have also been experiencing for weeks and I don't even have the eBay app downloaded?!? I have considered deleting ebay and downloading it again but have been hesitant to do this without speaking to eBay first, which is not an easy task!! Literally, I cannot use eBay AT ALL! Trying to navigate All the glitches is just not worth it! I have attached a picture of the message I get every time I try to do something! This could be the end of my eBay days!!!!

Oops something went wrong. Yep, you got that right. Ebay is what went wrong.
Ive had enough if this bogus and yes I see this going on 2 hours now. I cant use classic view. Perhaps they get smart and stop messing with the loser site that it already has become.
