Resolved! I sold preorder items that were within policy, then they got delayed for 3+ months...

I don't know how to handle this. There was a set date on the website of when they'll arrive which was within 30 days of sale. Then on release day the ETA was delayed for over 3 months. No explanation, maybe it was tariff related, I don't know. Anyway...
