was wondering is the monthly limit quarterly or every month. I sold zero items this month it says I sold 22 items and I can't sell any more because of a limit even though I sold nothing.
It's not the number of sold items. It's the cumulative total of items listed and sold. If you sold nothing then you have already listed 22 and hit your limit. As you start selling regularly and successfully, eBay will automatically increase your limits.
