Monthly Listing Limit

My limit is 2000, woke up this morning and it says I already listed 1800. I only have 500 listed - this has been happening for months now and it is making my Anchor store useless. Any ideas what's happening?

Do you get refunded if you close your store before all the days in January are over and you were already charged for? If not, do you have the month to use the (1500 listings) you paid for?

Re: Monthly Listing Limit

I have an account with 100 item Selling Limit. Let's say I list 50 items, that leaves me 50 items that I can list (100 - 50 already listed). Once they expire, I've sold 10 of them. The 40 that didn't sell go back onto my Selling Limit, meaning I can list another 90 (100 - 10 sold).

Going by what you all are saying, I should only be able to list the remaining 50. The unsold listings aren't 'sticky', they do go back onto your Selling Limit totals once they expire.

I’ve looked at eBay’s limits documentation, and it agrees with your explanation of the item limits. Thanks.

Re: Monthly Listing Limit

I had 2 items listed on my account with 500 listed. It showed I could list 498 more. I ended them and the total went back to 500 that I could list. I relisted them and it only went back to 498 (relisted at a different price so you can see that I didn't just use the first picture twice).

If the relists are staying on as counting under Selling Limits for OP, then that is a major glitch.

Thank you. It still doesn't explain what's happening to the OP tho 😞
