I recently received correspondence from a buyer stating that they did not see the specific condition issues for an item in the "Condition Description".
I remember this happening before with another buyer. After determining that the buyer was using the mobile app, I realized that some buyers don't realize that they need to click on the ">" to see the additional condition details that are immediately seen on the desktop view. However, what they do see is "Condition: Used".
I feel that there needs to be a change here. If condition is one of the most important details for a used item, then either ALL of it should show on the initial view, or an action link with only the word "Condition", which forces the buyer to view the details. Showing only the partial response "Used" can cause some buyers to perceive that it is the only detail for condition. This would eliminate needless surprises and subsequent INAD's, returns and feedback issues. Your thoughts?
