Why am no longer able to send messages????

Try clicking on the "Send message" text and see if that allows you to enter your message text.

If not, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

     Do you have the old format or the new one? Are you using a desktop/laptop computer or are you running from the APP? Can you provide a bit more detail on your problem? Are you not able to get to the messaging interface? If you can get to the interface are you getting some type of error when you try to send a message?If you have the new messaging format there have been a number of problems/issues reported with it. If you can't get the problem resolved through sellers assistance on this form it may be something you have to call into technical support.

Click on "Messages."  Find the individual to whom you wish to send a message, and click on their name. 

At the bottom of the right hand portion of the screen is a grayed-out block that reads   "Send message".  Click on that and begin typing your message.  Then click on the paper-airplane icon to send the message.

A copy of your message will appear immediately, inside a blue box.

There is an icon on the right side of the box in which you type the message in.  There is a little Paper Airplane looking icon on the right.  If you hover over it [like most icons] it tells you Send Message.

Try not to get too frustrated.  When learning something new it can cause us to overlook important details.  It is a new system for many.  Take your time and over over the various icons and see what your options are.  Most functions are pretty easy to locate.

When you ask about New or Old message format. My messenger format has changed, and I can not send pictures thru the new messages. Is this is one of the glitches??? Thanks for your response.

monica-sells, answered my question. The icon to the left of message box is the btton to send pics. On my page that Icon does NOT say what it is. even when I hover over it.

I encourage you to take your time and look carefully at the entire page.  The functions you likely desire are there, you just need to learn the new icons so you can find them.  I know you got the answer to your question, but it is likely in time more questions will come up because it is all new stuff on this screen.
