I've been frustrated that I don't see a way to view prior messages sent in the eBay system. I'll see a message sent or received in my email account but there is no message history to be found on eBay anywhere anymore, using my cell phone. Desktop mode on cell is impossible, too small to use. There used to be sent history in ebay's message system, now I see no message system, no letter icon at the top for mail anymore. Is this a new stripped down message system? I have to look through my personal email account to see if I answered a potential buyer, or what our conversation was. I had to ask potential buyer if I answered their question, I had, but the reply didn't show up in my email "sent" either. Pretty lame and inefficient, I wish the old message system would come back.

@maubrn The answer is in message 10, I posted for you, where it is. It actually only took me about 30 seconds to find.
@mam98031 No, sorry, that isn't possible technically speaking, b/c it's in the app on the phone's O/S (operating system), not on the computer, so there's no way I can do that b/c it's not a URL. I gave them clear instructions though for Android. It wasn't hard to find at all, took about 30 seconds of looking. If OP is still having problems, I may be able to post a pic from my phone in a couple of days, but right now I'm replacing a hard drive & can't store any pics w/o messing up my system.
It would help to know if OP is using an Android or IOS ?

Where does one store a link on a cell phone? (Android). Or can that be done?

Finding seller hub on the cell has been a problem as well. What window on eBay is the link for messages put into? (after you find where the link is kept)

Thank you I'll try this when I'm at home.

@simply-the-best-for-you Can you help her with this one and where to find her Seller Hub. I have an android, but I do not use the mobile app at all.

I have no idea how to store a bookmark on a phone, if there's such even such a thing. It's not going to be a URL, but maybe there is way? However, it's irrelevant, it's right there on the Home page.
Mauburn, I think you are fundamentally not understanding how phones work. There are 2 ways to access eBay on the phone. You can either google the website & go into the actual website & it will look exactly like it does on the PC, but it will be small & hard to read. This is not reccomended, but if you're expecting it to look exactly the same, then just go to ebay.com & sign in. It will be sluggish & NOT optimized for a phone.
What most co's do is create app's that are designed to be optimized for a cell phone's operating system, so for example it makes everything fit on that tiny screen. If you are using the app & I assume you are, you are NOT going to find something that looks exactly the same as eBay on the PC. That's NOT what an app is supposed to be. It's supposed to be optimized to use on a phone & IT IS! So you are not going to find exactly Seller Hub, you'll find a different layout that makes sense for a phone, to do the same things.
When you enter the eBay App on an Android, at the bottom of the first screen that comes up (Home page) (and it actually stays static for most of the screens) is a navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. It has the options :
Home My Ebay Search Inbox Selling
Just click on My Ebay & the top option is Messages, click on it & you'll be in your Messages. If you click on Inbox, that will be your alerts, like sales, or watched items, etc.
As I said, there is not going to be a SH, so depending on what you want to do, you just click the buttons for what you want to accomplish. Most of the same functionality is found when you click Selling from the same navigation bar OR from the top left button that says Selling. Again these are ALL on the Home page.
If you don't understand how phone apps work though, I can't really explain that to you in this forum. None of this is unique to eBay, every co's App will look different than their website. It has to. You'll just have to delve into it & play around & look for what you want, that's how everyone learns Apps. Alternatively, you might be able to find a Youtube such as an eBay App 101 video.

@maubrn @mam98031 I hope this helps, note I pointed to the main Navigation bar. That bar is usually static, even if your screen changes. Also, note after the Search Bar at the top, is another set of navigable buttons, that scroll sideways. But Selling is the first one. That will take you to the same screen that clicking Selling on the bottom navigation line will.

Thank you for taking the time to do this.
