Message from Buyer Cannot be Returned

My Hub tells me that I have messages to be returned. When I click on the item with a supposed question, I am told that the question is invalid or over 90 days and cannot be answered. These are items that I have listed within the past week! I don't want my customers to think that I am ignoring them!! What am I doing wrong?

Nothing; that's a current known bug. Try either of the following workarounds: 

• Go to your Messages folder, where you should find a copy of the prospective buyer's question, and Reply to it there. Or...
• Go to the buyer's own feedback page, and click on the Contact Member link there.
