Member accused me of selling fake products, I provided proof, now they're harassing me.

Why is there no way to block messages from people!? I put this buyer on the blocked buyers list and chose "do not receive messages from block buyers," and it's not blocking them. Can someone help?

I shouldn't have to deal with stuff like this, I was just trying to help the dude out. Now I have to worry if I'm going to get hacked or something by this person.

I would just delete the message notices without reading the message.  It might take some time for this to work through the almost nonexistent Ebay customer service,  especially over a holiday weekend.

Go here and use the link to report them.

Once you have replied even with a block in place, they can still send you messages because they both bought something from you, and you have messaged back. STOP REPLYING, IGNORE THE MESSAGES FROM THEM.  If they open a return or other case thru eBay, take care of it. If they do a chargeback, it will cost you more than the item and shipping. Thay could still do that up to 180 days or longer depending on their bank.

You could try reporting them in the security window: https://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter/index.html

@machofalltrades   Well, it could be a competitor and a 2nd account they have to harass their competitors ... truth is stranger the fiction they say.  I agree with @m60driver to delete messages unread ... I had to do that once and while it as tempting to want to see what a member said I simply deleted the messages and they eventually stopped.

Yes... sadly, just adding them to the BBL and requesting 'no messages' won't help you with a buyer you've just had a transaction with. It takes 30 days (?) or so to kick in.

I'm one who would recommend ignoring the messages, too. With that being said, I'd not delete them just yet.

The one you show here tells that the buyer is out to harm you... you might need it on a Return appeal later, or feedback removal, etc., who knows?

Hang in there and good luck.

Why are you engaging them?

Wonderful example of some of the ebay clientele. Thank goodness most of them are not like that one.

Sorry to hear this is happening to you. I've dealt with buyers like this many times, there are unhinged crazy people out there unfortunately.

Contrary to others statements, I wouldnt delete anything, and I would let ebay handle it. For now just stop replying to them, that's the best thing you can do. An ebay rep previously told me it can take a few hours for blocks to take effect.

By continuing to reply, you're just feeding the troll. Miserable people like that take satisfaction in making others miserable too, don't give them the satisfaction.

If eBay actually worked, those messages by the buyer should lead to an immediate suspension. I agree with everyone else. Stop reading the messages. Just delete them. Also, report the buyer.
