Just because Americans are all yelling at each other doesn't mean you have to yell at us too.

Did your title, description, and Item Specifics include the labeled size?

Sometimes we have to think about what the buyers see and what the actual is. Not trying to be mean or sarcastic here, just helpful. Next time in your description put what the tag says and then use the pictures and descriptions to show what you measure. That way the buyer can decide if they can use the item. I use a ruler or scale (like a nickle, dime, etc) many times in my photos, so people can see the size of items. I know it is a pain to take extra pictures and the descriptions we have to do are time consuming. But IMHO every detail we can give an item helps to sell it.

And I could have sworn it was an inside measurement, not measured from the outside. The Belt loops, thickness of materials, all add additional inches.
You are wrong, and should refund the buyer. You measured the wrong side.

Since these jeans don't sit at the wearer's actual waist, they are designed to fit someone with a 23" waist, but will measure greater than 23".
