Automated feedback starts TOMORROW ... but what does that actually mean?

If they're doing it the way they have been for the 10-or-fewer sales sellers (and if I have this right) the auto feedback loads 7 days after a delivery. The wording ^here^ literally says "Starting September 3, you'll automatically receive feedback .....
