Markdown link for listing page

I have recently seen a link on seller's listings pages that allows a buyer to click on the link and see Everything that the seller has marked down. I know how to mark items down and I've done so many times. How do I get the link to show up on my listing?

It already does show up when you run sales and promotions.

Here is an example of what I am talking about.  This seller has a markdown link under the Watch link.  When you click on the link you see a list of all of their markdowns.  This does not appear on my listings.

Hey. I'm trying to figure it out since they took markdown manager away from us. It brought a lot of business for me and my sales have gone way down. It doesn't make any sense to have a "category" markdown to work. I have many categories. Anyone figured out a good way to do this? Feeling annoyed.

That is strikethrough pricing. You have to be approved by Ebay to have that enabled.  Sign up for a developer's account  https://developer.ebay.com/signin?return_to=%2FDevZone%2Faccount%2Fdefault.aspx  and go from there. Not sure what all it involved.

Ugh, nevermind, that looks like markdown manager. Not sure why I was thinking MSRP pricing it's called. Feel free to ignore me lol
