Managing your own listings

Is there a way to search through your own listings or organize by date you posted? The current system is absolutely horrible. I'm just selling extra stuff, I've never put many things on ebay before, but I cannot believe the system is this bad after all these years. Perhaps I'm mistaken and missing something obvious?

If I want to add something to a listing I just posted, I found it's easier to leave the website and search through my email....

It's incredibly buggy to manage item specifics and categories as well. I would be embarrassed to be involved with web development of this site.

on a PC...

use "help & contact" (top or bottom of most pages)

enter seller hub in the search

You can look at the seller hub. May seem useless, and overwhelming, but there is a lot of good stuff there, and you can "customize" it  to arrange things, and remove that which you do not care about

you can choose to exit the seller hub if it is not to your liking.

Re: Managing your own listings

In the sellers hub I have my "active listings" (all GTC fixed price) showing by "ending soonest" sequence.

Last column in my set up is "time left". can click on the arrow to show by "least time" left, or by "most time" left.

Re: Managing your own listings

Buyselljack's advice is spot on, but unless I'm mistaken you cannot view Seller Hub on the app; you have to log into the website.  Someone tell me if I'm wrong about that.

Re: Managing your own listings

Have you explored Seller hub?  There are alot of useful tools that make it easy to do what you ask.....

Arranging has been covered..........but to search just go to active listings and fill in a couple of words in the title of the item.........

See @buyselljack2016's pic in Message #4? If you see that, then tick on the 'Time left' Up '^' Arrow.

It should change to point downward, and your listings should index to 'last listing you posted'. Whatever helps...

Re: Managing your own listings

Do I need a different type of account to access the Seller's Hub? When I look at listings I am only shown this page Screenshot 2022-01-17 172651.png

Well, I've never seen that. Sit tight... someone who has will come along.

Re: Managing your own listings

I found it, this is much more helpful than the default page. Thanks

Clicking the buttons on the top bar now seem to direct me straight to it as well.

Re: Managing your own listings

You can view the Seller Hub on the app. I use it (the app) to see what I need to adjust/end/package/answer questions when I don't want to turn the computer on.

Re: Managing your own listings

I was just going to go through the steps for you to get to the Seller Hub.

I'm glad you found it. It's so much easier to use (at least for me). Don't forget you can "Customize" it to your liking (link at top right under blue Search button).

Re: Managing your own listings

Thank you I wasn't sure.  Ha, I don't use my phone for Ebay unless I CAN'T turn on my computer, like after a hurricane.
