Old thread folks. 2021. OP is not selling anything and currently have nothing for sale. I doubt they'll return to an almost 2 year old thread. Most likely mods will lock.

My Question is...
How do you people keep finding these Zombie posts from Years ago??!!

Right? There's been like 8 today since this morning. You have people who don't sell responding to people who aren't selling anything either. One overpriced basket drop shipped from Florida from a seller in Sri Lanka.

I have been using Amex to buy items through PayPal and I have not had any issues with using it. I don’t doubt what you’re saying either. I generally buy from about 5 different categories, so that might be why I haven’t had this issue. When eBay sold or severed ties with PayPal, they made both selling and buying from the site more problematic for everyone. They lost more than half of their sellers as well. I sold stuff before they required you to give them your SS# and Bank account information, and I payed taxes on the $600 and over income. I set up a new sellers account and I just discovered why I kept getting a credit card number incorrect or expired notification on the dashboard. I was trying to update an Amex card. The Government should be the ones that are responsible for checking taxes and sellers should be require to set it up like a business and pay estimated taxes or let the IRS handle the 1099’s. There have been hacks on eBay and the last thing I want is for some foreign hacker to get in my account. I set up a separate account that’s not connected to my checking or savings account so if it does get hacked or compromised, it will not affect my real accounts and then I get really cleaned out. But if Amex is off the table, I don’t know if I want to get a new Mastercard just because eBay doesn’t want to pay the higher processing fees. They could just add the difference to the a.ready high sellers fees when an item sells.

You’re responding a thread that’s nearly 2 yrs old. It’s best to start your own thread instead of dragging up the zombies threads from long ago.
