Hi All,
I'm trying to sell my Xbox on eBay, it is currently on auction and a potential buyer has made a reasonable offer via the messages.
He cannot make an offer on the auction page, I too can see the 'Make Offer' button is missing. On the revise listings page 'Make Offers' is enabled as long as offers are >£150. The offer is more than this. In fact, you can't even get to the screen to make on offer. There is still another 2.5 days left on the auction (a 3 day listing).
How do I force this button to show?
Regards,
David

The "Make offer" option disappears when the auction gets its first bid. Your best option is to politely suggest that the member should bid on your auction.

You've got 4 bidders on your auction, the make offer button is removed when a bid is placed. The interested buyer will have to place a bid.

You can't force the button to show, because that is not how Offers work.
If you have an auction-style listing with the best offer option, bear in mind that:
If you receive a bid:
Current offers and counteroffers will be declined automatically, and buyers won’t be able to make any additional offers on your item
