Hi all. Clearly I am not doing something right as a fee times, when I have listed multiples of the same item (as in, say 10 available of a given item), folks have been abke to purchase multiples, like 5, and were able to procure shipping cost for a single item. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong when I set up the listing.. I enter in the weight and box dimensions as if these were for a single item purchase and when multiples are purchased, the weight is calculated properly but not the shipping cost as the box dimensions come out as a single item.

In the shipping area of the listing form you can put in an amount for additional items purchased. See above.

Have you reviewed the Policy page for Calculated Shipping?
- Automatically combine the weights of the items in one package and subtract a weight amount (in ounces). For example, if a buyer purchases 3 items that weigh 4 lb each, you can set up a rule that combines the items in one 12 lb package, and automatically deducts 16 oz from the total weight
