I had a sell for a main engine wirer harness..The buyer wanted a refund but there's no refund by buyer. So I need to get the buyer info so that I can send the order. Ebay want send me the info I've ask over and over for them to send me the buyer info.

@stead_5165  as you stated (above); Why would the buyer be refunding?? 

If you need the 'address' to ship something; it is on the 'ready to ship' list

It's a communication issue to say the least.  Did you have a listing?  Did it sell?  Was it paid for?  Did it ship?

Did the buyer pay?  Don't see any sold items on this ID.  eBay supplies you with a buyer's address when they pay.

Buyer told you they don't want it, so why would you ship it?

Cancel the order and refund.

@stead_5165  NEVER try to force an item on a buyer. If the buyer said they don't want it. Don't ship it.

Trying to make a buyer accept an item is bad business and will usually result in a failed transaction and loss of shipping fees both ways that the seller would pay for.

You cannot refund an order which has not been paid for.

It must be cancelled.

There are no listing current, completed, or  sold on the account in the past 90 days and no feedback as a seller. 

When did you sell this item? 

I see lots of feedback where you were the buyer.
