I am contacting eBay's Executive Office and protesting this baseless and unfair decision on eBay's part.
My name is Shavla and I live in California
A few months ago I joined eBay as a seller and bought various items to sell on eBay for a small profit. Very soon our store became known, we have 100% feedback and top rated status
We don't know what happened probably due to our sharp sales, we get MC011 where your team asked for invoices and drivers license- we forwarded them and both were granted then they asked for all the items to be delivered they were on their way and almost never deviated from the deadlines given by ebay. Moreover, when our items were deleted, up to 12 items were sold, and despite the block, we delivered them. Still, we took the financial risk because a cancellation would create a bad experience for your customers, and we still protected the buyer experience on eBay despite the block.
As soon as we confirmed the delivery of all items on Ebay, we immediately received a letter that the account was permanently suspended, which I agree is unfounded and there was never any danger from our side. Moreover, many buyers even became our friends on this platform. So fast communication we have statistics if you pay we have 5.0 stars in everything.
We have a very low level of returns, most of them were buyer change minds
I appeal to you with the greatest respect and request that you value the really good sellers more and don't leave such a seller out of the platform because of the wrong decision of ebay security system
I'm not going to give up where I'm right and I'll fight for the rest of my life, I'll visit every eBay headquarters and talk to all the people I need because I can look them in the eye and show them that we're good on eBay as sellers.

Short of doing a websearch, What is MC011?

It's a code that eBay frequently references when they are restricting a seller's account. It's used in multiple situations, so you can't really conclude anything from it, except that the seller's account probably isn't allowed to sell anymore. Depending on how severely eBay has set the restriction, the seller may or may not be able to sell again eventually.

As several posters have 'filled in the blanks' as to your situation, it seems you have operated outside ebay guidelines on several fronts. Not much else to be said....

We have since spoken to the buyer and we send the other half as well and plus a discount on the next order due to the error, we already fix this few months ago.

There is no injustice here; its all in your head.
You were suspended from eBay once. You know why but you will not tell us.
Then you opened a new account; that was forbidden.
So of course you are suspended again.
As Albert Einstein once observed:
Insanity is the act of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.

I’ve been suspended at least three times by eBay. Each and every time I absolutely earned those suspensions.

Lot's of effort to get it for you - all of 5 key strokes - guess I'll call it my good deed for the day.
