i sold some disk cd games only

mail them out without tracking 

1  buyer said the disk was broken so i refuned him

another game i sold i didnt ship with tracking cause i charged them real cheap like $4.99

and another 7.99 no tracking 

i shiped with mail like a letter

ebay says i need to provide tracking on all my sold iteams but i allready sold them and sent it out 

i tried contacting the buyers and non of them replay if they got it or not 😞

they cant help

and i refuned one of them cause they said the disk was broken 

my thinking is maby i buy postage and ship out empty packages now ???

will that help ?

or cancel all the iteams i sold without tracking will that help ???? 

i dont know what to do please if any1 can help ill be greatfull i cant sell on ebay with this restricting am so sad

Hmmm I have to ask, if you're willing to cheat the system after the fact, what would make anyone believe you didn't cheat to start with

The only way out is to ship with tracking.

yeah but the iteam was allready shiped out tho so i dont have another iteam of the same thing so what is my solution??? i dont have another to ship out with tracking so now what

     Well, you will probably have to face the fact that those DVDs your mailing in an ENVELOPE will be damaged as well and you'll have to refund.

     Stop mailing items like that in a regular envelope, they need to go into a padded envelope with tracking and protected.

If you have the receipts from when you shipped the items, the tracking information will be on them, usually circled, and you can then upload the numbers for each transaction. But again, as mentioned, it seems awfully likely that eBay realized you were consistently doing transactions outside of eBay and suspended you.

If you don't have tracking, you are probably going to have to refund.........
