Low number of views for listings, can someone take a look?

Hi, my name is Sheri and I'm the store manager for CRXTreasures.  The items we sell come from auctioned storage units, so there's a very varied mix of items in our pretty small store.  My job is to research the items, determine their value, and list them.  Most of the items get a pretty decent amount of views, but there are a handful that just aren't getting much traffic.  I've been reading these boards for a couple of weeks and have gotten a great deal of helpful information in regards to building a successful store.  I'm hoping that someone out there can take a look at one particular listing and provide me with their feedback and ideas about why people aren't seeing it.  Here is the item in question:

This listing has had only 3 views in 20 days, one of which was probably mine. 😉  If anyone can tell me what can be done to drive traffic to this item, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Also, any feedback on the store in general is more than welcomed.  Thanks in advance!

Your photos are very nice, can't comment on price since this is not my "niche." I would add the measurements of each basket to the listing. Good luck to you in your new store.

I would do a search for similar items and price them accordingly.  Include measurements on each basket as well.

Did the view numbers change in the past few minutes ? I looked, and I am sure the other posters looked, if they did not change, the view/watch counter has stopped. I have this happen 3-4 time a week, I call CS, ask them to open the listing, and voila!! it starts registering the views again. I've been reporting this little problem for over two years and CS always says this is the first report for them...LOL..anyway, hopefully the views will move out of cyberspace and start registering.

Yes, the number of views did jump from 3 to 9.  Guess the counter isn't "broken".  Thanks for the tip!

A bunch of new stuff I listed today on another ID have had zero views, even the bots are on holiday it seems.

Thanks so much for your feedback. When I get back to the office tomorrow I'll definitely add measurements. I'll also examine my other listings and add measurements for other items as well. Hopefully that does the trick!

I do try to find similar items that have sold and price them based on those items. Unfortunately some of our items are so rare and unusual it's difficult to find comparisons. Thanks for your input. Measurements are on the way!

With some of your highest priced items, I found others that recently had sold for more than 50% less. You may want to do some investigation around pricing for some of the items. For example, the last time a 45 piece Desden Dinner set sold it was for $89.

Since we're offering free shipping, we're adding estimated shipping costs into the price of the items. I believe the set of dishes weighs at least 15-18 pounds, so I'm guessing that shipping could cost $50 or more based on the destination location. Thanks for the advice; I believe you're correct in feeling that the price is too high. I'm going to lower the price on that one for sure. I really appreciate all the help I'm getting from the community. I'm open to any and all suggestions!

For heavier items you would be better off to use calculated shipping.  If you are adding $50 or so to the item price just in case someone on the other side of the US buys it, you are likely turning away buyers closer to you.

I sell designer dresses and handbags mostly. Traffic on my ebay is so low I feel that I am only getting limited exposure, I have over 10 years learned to use buzz words to get views. Like silk, rare, unique, vivid color. Even that is not helping lately
