Hi, my name is Sheri and I'm the store manager for CRXTreasures. The items we sell come from auctioned storage units, so there's a very varied mix of items in our pretty small store. My job is to research the items, determine their value, and list them. Most of the items get a pretty decent amount of views, but there are a handful that just aren't getting much traffic. I've been reading these boards for a couple of weeks and have gotten a great deal of helpful information in regards to building a successful store. I'm hoping that someone out there can take a look at one particular listing and provide me with their feedback and ideas about why people aren't seeing it. Here is the item in question:
This listing has had only 3 views in 20 days, one of which was probably mine. 😉 If anyone can tell me what can be done to drive traffic to this item, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, any feedback on the store in general is more than welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Your photos are very nice, can't comment on price since this is not my "niche." I would add the measurements of each basket to the listing. Good luck to you in your new store.

I second that. DEFINITELY need measurements

I would do a search for similar items and price them accordingly. Include measurements on each basket as well.

Yes, the number of views did jump from 3 to 9. Guess the counter isn't "broken". Thanks for the tip!

With some of your highest priced items, I found others that recently had sold for more than 50% less. You may want to do some investigation around pricing for some of the items. For example, the last time a 45 piece Desden Dinner set sold it was for $89.

For heavier items you would be better off to use calculated shipping. If you are adding $50 or so to the item price just in case someone on the other side of the US buys it, you are likely turning away buyers closer to you.
