I have every notification turned off except sales & payments and buyer messages, yet I'm beginning to see a LOT of rah-rah eBay SPAM ( yes, I didn't ask for it so it's SPAM ) in my Message Box.

Did eBay recently hire Sanford Wallace fresh out of prison?

I have everything turned off except buyer messages and I get that junk, too. It's even worse on my buyer account. I have EVERYTHING turned off and get absolutely innundated with spam, but to Ebay's credit they're not as bad as SPAMazon...yet.

I looked at this the other day, as I became fed up with being spammed. You can select options to not receive most of these emails. However, this also means you miss out on receiving the free listings promos. Yes, they have them on the same list as the spam emails...

WHAT free listing promos ... ? I haven’t seen one of those in years, so no loss.

I believe they are more frequent for 50 listers, than they are for store owners. I get them nearly every month. I think they want to get people listing so much that they get a store subscription.

I have had everything turned off for several years, and just this month I started getting "tips" on "how to be a better seller." I got one that encouraged me to get a store, except I have had a store for five years already.

It's odd, I keep hearing that eBay is a technology company, and yet they bombard people with irritating, nonsensical, bulk email. This is e-marketing 101 people!

There is no OPT OUT in the emails either. Another "worst practices" method they engage in. As usual, dismissive of their key clientele.

I don't check that email account very often but recently noticed the insultingly stupid emailed "suggestions". **bleep**, we see their stupid improvement suggestions already. Every item does not really need three photographs.

There must be so many ebay employees with nothing useful to do! Every other month more annoying enhancements to aggravate us. Fixing things that aren't broken, etc. etc.

Nice to see eBay willing to tell me to cut my price, notice they don't never off to cut their ever increasing fee Rates. This **bleep** spam is really annoying.
