I have been selling on eBay for a while now and my items seem to be getting views everyday. However, those views barely convert to sales. This is extremely frustrating considering I can see the listings popularity which is amounting to nothing. I have a very competitive price for both products listed and I have still been having issues. Could there be a listing error that prevents buyers from purchasing the product? Because my sales have deflated to zero this past week. I have had far more sales on Amazon, any tips?
Here are both products so you can take a look:
iPhone 11 Transparent Sports Case (Jordan, Curry, Giannis, Messi, Kobe, Ronaldo)
5 Pack Resistance Bands Exercise (AB/GLUTE/LEG/QUADS)

Also, I would want to know the length of those exercise bands. It would be nice to have a set, but different exercises take different lengths.

I get the same message as well. As you stated EVERY TIME, no matter the seller, day of the week, or time. They are ALL on vacation forever! I have been getting this message for probably near a year now. Definitely not related to the current USPS shipping problems. Just another eBay glitch that will never be fixed!

Huh ? I don't drop ship ,, never have . Secondly about 98 % of the stuff I sell I make myself. As I mentioned I do fine regarding sales on my other selling platform . It's only here on e bay that rarely anything good happens.

I know it's only a few feedbacks but 90% feedback could be scaring off buyers...

what other platforms do you use?

there was this one customer that had problems on his end, but yet sent abusive messages and left a bad review 😞
I submitted a claim to eBay but I doubt they'll do anything. It was 100% up until a week ago.

Sometimes an account is poisoned by a single bad buyer.
We are allowed to have multiple accounts, so you could open a new one for your sales and keep this one for buying.
When the 90% returns to 100% you can start selling on it again.
It sounds odd,but your photos may be too professional, looking like dropshipping.
And seriously promote that Made in the USA (and this is coming from a Canadian!).
Auctions (bidding) makes up less than 15% of transactions on eBay, mostly because buyers don't want to wait a week to find out they lost to a last second sniper. Also Auctions have a much higher rate of Unpaid Item Disputes.
Still, since you are the manufacturer and I suppose have lots of these, why not run some auctions as well as the Fixed Price listings? You have enough product and 200 Free Listings every month.

I believe e bay frowns on public sharing of other selling sites . Starts with a M and ends with an I .

Glad to know I'm not the only one that keeps getting these '' sorry seller is on vacation '' messages . This could mean there are quite a few other buyers out there getting this same message and taking it seriously. There's no doubt that it could be costing sales . And you're right ,, its been going on a very long time .
