Lots of Views but no sales

I got 150 views in my most recent listing in less than a day, yet havent got a single sale. Any tips on how can I optimize my listing?

If you mean the earbuds, I think a title like "Apple device compatible earbuds" would be still honest but more appealing than "Fake AirPods". I also noticed a handful of listings with prices indicating buyers could find genuine used AirPods for roughly the same amount you're selling the imitation ones. Just some thoughts...

I've seen the same watches sell for 99c or less on ebay with free shipping from China. You are based in Portugal and the item location is in China and ships from the USA. Your prices are too high in comparison.

I looked at 1 of your auctions.  You are registered in Portugal,  item was listed coming from China but you state you ship from a U.S. warehouse.  You have 1 watch starting at $19.99.  I found the same one that sold for  5.99 with free shipping.
