I have had two products listed, a resistance band 5 pack as well as phone cases on eBay as well as Amazon. The cases started out getting lots of views and is currently at 1.2k views but only have amassed minimal sales, while the resistance bands are at around 400 views they have amassed TWO sales. I have had much more success on Amazon and it seems as though I am doing something wrong on this platform, any ideas?

New seller-- and for sophisticated sellers a distinct problem with a long gap between being basically a buyer and suddenly a seller.
Only two items listed- both sold by thousands of other dropshippers.
And you may already have noticed, your cleared payments are being Held against your service for up to 21 days, although US based sellers may have the Hold ended sooner.
Find a niche and sell in that, rather than listing stuff that is available everywhere.
List at least one thing every day. Since you have 200 Free Listings available, you can list up to six a day and still not meet the maximum.
You have a New/Occasional seller restriction on the number and value of the items you list, but use that to the maximum.
Don't dropship. You have no control over quality, over packaging, over shipping, but you will be held responsible if anything goes wrong.

What you are selling caters more to the Amazon folks. Don't expect any changes. There are thousands selling the same thing as you.

To much competition on those products. Sold by drop shippers all over the internet. You do better bringing in some unique items onto ebay.

So listing the same product multiple times is allowed on eBay? I believe I'm also selling at a very competitive price, they are a dollar lower on amazon as well.

Well, I was referring to the same product - say a cell phone case- being sold by dozens of sellers - all using the same supplier, who is also warehousing and shipping them.
But there are variation listings available for items with minor differences like colour or size. For example , you have 25 dresses in the same style. Three in red size 5, three in red size 10, six in blue size 5, four in pink size 26, eight in purple size 12, and one in black size 10. You can set up a single Variation listing for all of them.
Or you could set up six listings, one for each size and colour.
