Lost the ability to offer multiple shipping options

There seems to have been a change to the selling UI and I cannot offer the option to ship through multiple services. I like to offer both cheaper and higher shipping services because some buyers will only buy if they can get it quickly. For whatever reason this is not an option anymore 😕

Are you on a phone or using a desktop?

For the desktop listing tool do you not see the highlighted part?

Are you able to do that for new listings? Because I can't

Well the same thing happens to me on my computer. I just didn't have a screenshot to show you

Actually I just double checked it works for my older listings but not my newer ones. Like I can add it as an option for anything that I didn't already added as an option for, but anything new I try to add it won't let me

Are you using the advanced listing tool through the Seller Hub?

Have you tried a different browser?

I just went to see what the issue might be as I have not had a problem for quite a while.     It seems at this time YOU must set up a shipping policy.    In that set up you can choose "standard shipping" which allows you to use whatever you think is appropriate. 

At this point I have about 15 policies.    The 15 policies all have different flat costs.   All standard shipping with a flat cost to all buyers.    Works for me.

Hi @things_around_my_house . Your problem appears to be using the simplified listing form. On the top right of the page you should see a link to switch to the advanced or business tool. Do that.

P.S. It's a very bad idea to use eBay estimated package size and weight! You should always enter the real data to avoid under-charging buyers for shipping.

Your issue is different @shire123 . You can opt out of using biz policies if you want. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.
